Privacy Notice

Your details, handled with care.

Version 2026-10-12. Issued under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025. Intorio is the Data Fiduciary for the data below.

What we collect, and why

Enquiry form: your name, phone number, email, city, project type and anything you write in the message. We use these only to reply to your enquiry and discuss your project with you by call, WhatsApp or email. We also note how you found us (for example, an advertising campaign you clicked) to understand which of our work reaches people.

Journal: your email, only to send you the Journal.

Quotations: if you become a client, the name you type when accepting a quote, and when you viewed and accepted it, as a record of the agreement.

We do not sell your data, use it for unrelated marketing, or build profiles of you. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; the enquiry form is for adults only.

Your consent

We act on your data only after you tick the consent box, which is never pre-ticked. You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: email intorio.ranchi@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp. Once you withdraw, we stop contacting you and erase your enquiry within 30 days, unless a law requires us to keep part of it. Withdrawing does not affect anything we did lawfully before.

Who processes it for us

Your data is stored and handled by service providers working under contract on our instructions: Supabase (database), Vercel (website hosting) and Resend (email). Their servers may be outside India. We share data with no one else, except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are erased within 24 months of our last conversation, or sooner if you ask. Client records, quotations and invoices are kept for as long as tax and other laws require (generally 8 years). Journal subscribers are removed as soon as they unsubscribe.

Keeping it safe

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the studio team who need it, and every account is password-protected. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for a summary of the data we hold about you and who we shared it with; ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it; withdraw consent; and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to. Write to intorio.ranchi@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.

Grievances

Grievance officer: the studio owner, Intorio, intorio.ranchi@gmail.com, +91 7979809781. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
